We attract members mainly from an area within North Yorkshire stretching from Easingwold in the South to Northallerton in the North

New members are given a warm welcome once they have spent some time learning the basics in one of several Beginners’ Classes held throughout the year in the local area

04 Dec 2016 - Winter update 2016

On 14th September we had a special class taken by Master Hui who was in the Uk from Hong Kong. Along with Stuart Agars from the NCCMA.  Members practised the movements from the Lui He Ba Fa Form under the guidance of Master Hui, this was greatly enjoyed by all members attending. Our last class for 2016 will be on Wednesday 7th December, classes start again on 4th January.

04 Dec 2016 - Grading news - December 2016

On 19th November the Vale of York held a very successful Grading at which five of our members completed their forms and exercises to a very high standard, and were awarded their sashes.  Many congratulations to Margaret and Christine who graded for the first time to gain yellow sashes, also Ann and Jenny who were awarded Green sashes for the second grade. Pat now has her purple sash and is well on her Qigong journey.
