Beginners' classes, held every Tuesday, are suitable for all ages and physical abilities. The venue is Thirsk Town Hall, and prior booking is required.
Sue Dixon holds classes on Wednesdays at Edge Health & Fitness, Ripon. The 6 week course is for all abilities and classes are at 11.30 - 12.30. The course costs £24.
